We are looking for a Lead Energy Specialist at Maryland Community Solar!
We are a Maryland based company, owned and operated by Maryland residents, working to set ourselves apart from the rest every day. The Lead Energy Specialist is responsible for managing the Energy Specialists in their region. If you live in Maryland and have experience in management, administration, communications, or sales, this could be a great chance to utilize these skills in a new field and bring your team to the next level!
As a Lead Energy Specialist, you will work Independently, setting your own schedule, managing and maintaining your team all while working remotely and on the road. Our focus is in marketing clean energy and educating Maryland consumers on the benefits of solar farms, all the while helping them find a program that fits their needs.
Lead Energy Specialists are paid weekly, given established education tools, marketing support, leadership coaching, weekly reports, training programs and have uncapped commissions. Come join the Maryland Community Solar team!
